In 1989 I began to practice Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong with my current Maestro Carlo Lopez, head of the ITCCA and disciple of Master Chu King Hung, head of the European ITCCA and disciple of Grand Master Yang Sau Chung.
In 1997 I became direct student of Master Chu King Hung and ever since I went to the European headquarters to deepen the practice at an individual level and take an annual exam.
From 1994 to 2011 I regularly attended two annual updating workshops with Master Chu King Hung in Italy and France.
In 1999 I started teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong.
Before turning to Tai Chi, my curiosity about the potential of meditation and energy of movement led me to try and test personally various techniques such as Yoga, Feldenkrais
And since 1997 I started studying the fascinating TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Tui-Na.
In 2002, during a long stay in Chian Mai, in northern Thailand, I met an elderly Taoist teacher and I attended her course of Thai massage thereby deepening Taoist traditional teachings called << Art of Life Nourishment>>, practices learnt directly from her father, a Chinese physician entrusted with this knowledge and previous generations long before him.
